Warranty

At BOX12, we are committed to providing high-quality products that deliver exceptional performance and durability. To give you peace of mind, our products come with the following warranties:

Steel frames: 3 years

Hardware (TV’s, Media Boxes & Tablets): 12 months

Boxing bags (Including Straps & Socks): 12 months

Eyelets and carabiners: 12 months

Boxing gloves: 6 months

Functional equipment: 6 months

Software: Lifetime (as part of your license fee)

Warranty coverage

If you experience any issues with your BOX12 equipment within the warranty period, we’re here to help! We will repair or replace the defective parts, and where necessary, provide an engineer to get things back up and running as quickly as possible.

Outside of warranty

If an issue arises after the warranty period has expired, BOX12 can still assist with repairs or replacements. You will be charged at the unit cost for any replacement parts, and call-out and labour fees will apply for any engineer visits.

Our goal is to ensure that your BOX12 products continue to function at their best for as long as possible, and we’re always here to support you.
